To create a GPT partition scheme bootable USB you need to download a free software called “Rufus”.

  1. install Rufus and open it.
  2. Connect a USB minimum 8gb.
  3. In device tab choose your USB.
  4. In boot selection choose your Windows ISO image.
  5. in partition scheme select GPT.
  6. File system select NTFS.
  7. last part click on start.

That’s all you need to do I have a link on how to make bootable USB using Rufus in MBR so you can also get some idea from that link.
