Convert Microsoft Office Word Files to PDF on Windows. This is a very common yet very useful tip, if you are using Microsoft Office 2010 or Office 2013.
Converting Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files to PDF actually don’t need any third party software, Microsoft Office does that job for you for free in any Windows.
Convert Word to PDF
I have a Microsoft Word file as you can see in picture below and I want to covert that file to PDF in Microsoft Office 2010. Please note that this option is not for Office 2007.

- Open the file you want to covert in PDF.
- Click on “File” tab on top left side.
- Next click on “Save As”.

- Click on “Save as type” drop down menu.
- Select “PDF”.
- Choose your destination to save your PDF file.
- Click on “Save”.

You can see my PDF file is saved on desktop and its already converted from Word to PDF.
